1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging Hamm's Tree Service for work, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
2. Estimates & Scope
Estimates are based on the trees and conditions visible at the time of the walkthrough. Concealed defects (rot, embedded metal, hidden utilities) may require change orders. Any change in scope will be discussed and approved before extra work begins.
3. Payment
Payment is due once work is complete and you're satisfied. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A separate written agreement may apply to large or commercial jobs.
4. Insurance & Safety
We are fully insured for general liability and workers' compensation. Tree work is inherently hazardous; please keep people, pets, and vehicles outside of the work area during the job.
5. Property Access
You confirm that you own the property (or have the owner's permission) and that you've identified any underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation, or invisible fencing that may be affected by the work.
