Is Hamm's Tree Service insured?

Yes — we are fully insured for both general liability and workers' compensation. Ask David for a copy of our certificate of insurance any time.

How fast can you respond to an emergency?

We're on call 24 hours a day for storm damage and hazard trees. In most cases we can be on-site the same day across the NC Triangle and Lake Country.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. David personally walks the property, evaluates the tree honestly, and gives a written estimate before any work begins — no pressure, no upsell.

Will you remove a tree even if it doesn't need to come down?

No. We're tree people first. If a tree can be saved with thinning, pruning, or cabling, we'll tell you. Honest assessment is the whole point of calling David.

Do you grind the stump after removal?

Stump grinding is offered as an add-on. We'll grind below grade, rake out the chips, and leave the area ready for grass or replanting.

Do you haul off the wood and debris?

Yes. Standard cleanup is included. If you'd like to keep the firewood or have us deliver seasoned firewood instead, just say the word.

How do I pay?

Payment is due after the work is completed to your satisfaction — never up front. We accept cash, check, and major cards.
